The modernized portal is live, ahead of schedule 🎉 autoelevate.cyberfox.com is now the main AutoElevate Admin Portal, and msp.autoelevate.com takes you there. The old portal stays available at legacy.autoelevate.com for a limited time.
Thanks to everyone who tested the beta and sent feedback. If anything in the new portal blocks your team, comment here and we'll take a look.

I'd really like to see the Update action returned. Having proper release channels is a step forward, but very little in the way of transparency as to why we ~150 devices, many of which are frequently online, that are still on the 1487 release from late August.
And support's patronizing 'don't worry about' it response, which has been the constant refrain since we onboarded years ago, has never been particularly well received tbh. 'Just use RMM to redeploy' - why? Why is AE the only agent I have to keep an eye on for release management?

Scott: Thank you for the feedback, Scott, and I understand the frustration. Agents are designed to update automatically from their update channel, so your team shouldn't need to monitor releases or redeploy through your RMM. The current stable build is 2.11.1959, so devices still on 1487 should have moved forward, and we'd like to understand why they haven't. If you can send a few of the affected device names to support@autoelevate.com and reference this post, we'll look into it. Restoring a manual update option is also under review, and your comment has been added to that request.

Update: we're ahead of schedule 🚀 The switch to the modernized portal at autoelevate.cyberfox.com could happen any day now, earlier than the early November date we shared. When it does, msp.autoelevate.com will take you there automatically.
If anything in the new portal blocks your team, comment here now.

Update: the new portal becomes the main AutoElevate Admin Portal in early November 2026, at autoelevate.cyberfox.com. After cutover, msp.autoelevate.com will take you there, and the old portal stays available at legacy.autoelevate.com for a limited time. We'll post the exact date before we switch.
If anything in the new portal blocks your team, comment here before cutover. The date can move if there's a good reason.

Hi Lonnie — thanks for flagging this, and no argument from us.
Those actions are grouped under the hood, but the new panel isn't rendering the group headings, so everything flattens into one wall of buttons. Not the intended design. It's logged, and the fix brings back a grouped Actions menu much closer to the old portal.
I've merged your post into Admin Portal Modernization, where we're consolidating beta feedback — that's the thread to watch, and the best place for anything else you spot.

Daniel Rivera Good to know that is not the final "look" for those functions. Appreciate the feedback. 😎

AutoElevate - New Admin Portal (Sept 2026)

I haven't spent much time with the new Admin portal, but one thing immediately jumped out. On the old portal when you clicked an endpoint and then Actions, you got a nice orderly grouped list of actions. In the new portal, when you click an endpoint you get this popup that looks like a hodge podge of buttons that look more like a list of tags, that someone just randomly threw together. Not appealing at all IMO.

The new portal is live in beta! 🎉 Head to autoelevate.cyberfox.com — same login, same workflows, with a refreshed interface, updated CyberFOX branding, unified grids across every list view, a cleaner sidebar with an org-wide scope switcher, a rebuilt dashboard, and a dark mode that was designed rather than inverted.
The under-the-hood work this post started with (modern tooling, TypeScript, refreshed service layer, legacy cleanup) is what made the new UI possible — faster loads and a more stable foundation for what's next.
We're keeping this post open through the beta. If anything looks off or a workflow feels slower than before, comment here — that feedback goes straight to the team.
